Ester earned her spot on the naughty list this year for coming after Klaus’ family (at least the ones that he likes more than not). Whether she’s pitting her children against one another or chaining up Elijah and torturing him, it’s entirely evident that this is one witch whose bad side we don’t want to get on.

Do you play nicely with others?
I get along with all who do as I say and know to stay in their place. Those who don’t will find themselves possessed, sacrificed, or chained up to get their proper punishment. But really, I just want the best for my children. Make no mistake, mother knows best.

Do you tell the truth, even if someone asks if you did something naughty?
I had to lay low for a while, before revealing my return from the other side. But now that my family knows I’m back, I’m not exactly trying to lay low. Not everyone knows my motivations for the things I do, but once I’ve done something I see no need to deny it.

What are you leaving Santa for a snack this year?
I just might have to serve up one of these little tarts that are trying to tempt my children into disobedience but don’t forget that we were vikings before we became immortal beings, so I can whip up one hell of a smörgåsbord.
