Interviews: CEO of FX details his thoughts on Ryan Murphy’s departure & Andrew Lincoln talks Rick and Morgan’s relationship on The Walking Dead.
Ryan Murphy’s partner in crime, CEO John Landgraf spoke highly of Ryan Murphy’s latest deal with Netflix. He wrote that, “For more than 15 years, we have enjoyed an outstanding partnership with Ryan Murphy and we look forward to continuing that relationship on our four shows under his creative leadership.” So, while Murphy has inked a new deal, he’ll still have influence on the show’s he are currently working on.
Andrew Lincoln (Rick) believes that fans will not see the last of Lennie James’ character Morgan this season on The Walking Dead. As fans may know, James’ character is set to “leave” the series and crossover to its companion series, Fear the Walking Dead. Lincoln mentions “there’s something in the air, that I feel that it’s not quite the end yet for Rick and Morgan.” Guess we’ll have to wait and see what’s in store for the two!
