Set in a quiet town in 1952’s Florida, the series centers around a “troupe of curiosities.” They around to town about the same times as a mysterious dark entity that viciously threatens the town as well as the freaks. The cast includes, Emmy Award-winning actress Jessica Lange (Elsa Mars), Academy Award winner Kathy Bates (Effil Darling), the tentacled Angela Bassett (Desiree Dupree), Sarah Paulson (Siamese twins Bette and Dot Tattler), Evan Peters (Jimmy Darling), and Emma Roberts (Maggie). And is executive produced by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, Dante Di Loreto, Tim Minear, Jennifer Salt, James Wong and Brad Buecker.
