Torrey DeVitto Heads to Chicago!
Pretty Little Liars actress and Vampire Diaries alumna, Torrey DeVitto, booked a role as a series regular on the third installment of Dick Wolf’s ‘Chicago’ franchise, Chicago Med. Deadline reports DeVitto has been cast as pregnant ER physician, Dr. Lilly Manning.
Her [DeVitto] casting follows the departure of Laurie Holden, who was a regular in the backdoor pilot, playing troubled ER surgeon Dr. Hannah Tramble. This is not a replacement, as Chicago Med is in the process of adding three new female characters instead, one of them played by DeVitto: Dr. Lilly Manning, a pregnant ER physician.
CHICAGO MED DEBUTS TUESDAY, NOV..17 at 10|9c. on NBC.
