Rumor Has It: A possible second season for ABC’s Marvel’s Inhumans on ABC and hints about the plot of Avengers 4
Marvel’s Inhumans premiered on ABC last year to less than stellar ratings and rather poor reviews from critics. Despite the poor performance and weak reviews, the show might still have a future.
“It didn’t perform for us at the level that we would’ve wanted. We haven’t made any official decision yet about what we’re going to pick up in May, but I will say that the numbers, unfortunately, were less exciting for us than we hoped they would be.”
‒ Channing Dungey (ABC President)
The third movie in the Avengers series, Avengers: Infinity War, hasn’t even premiered yet and possible spoilers about its untitled sequel have already surfaced. As a warning, the images for Avengers 4 potentially contain spoilers.

CW President Mark Pedowitz recently discussed season 3 of Supergirl and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. Supergirl returns on January 15 for several episodes. When DC’s Legends of Tomorrow returns on February 12, it will be taking Supergirl‘s time slot for the rest of its third season. Supergirl will resume its third season on April 16. Pedowitz assured fans that Supergirl‘s isn’t at risk.
“The fans of Supergirl should not be worried in any way, shape or form. We are big believers in the show, and big believers in [series lead] Melissa [Benoist] and the direction of the show.”
‒ Mark Pedowitz (CW President)
Pedowitz also talked about the future of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow and hinted that Kid Flash (Keiynan Lonsdale) might be appearing on the show. He even suggested that Kid Flash might be replacing Firestorm.
An animated Constantine series is the works for CW Seed. Peter Girardi, CW Executive Vice President, revealed that the series will be much darker than the short-lived live-action NBC series.
Syfy‘s upcoming Superman prequel, titled Krypton, already has a relatively lengthy story mapped out. Apparently, the story involves time travel and isn’t a version of the backstory that’s been told before.
“A lot of people know that Krypton blows up and that’s what caused Superman to come to Earth, but this is really an untold story.”
