Paramount Network delayed the series premiere of the Heathers reboot following the Parkland shooting last month.
Stay calm and binge on! Netflix renewed Black Mirror for a fifth season. And if that isn’t enough to brighten up your day then wait till you hear this. The Obamas are in talks to produce a Netflix series! Yes, that’s right, the former President and First Lady will join the ranks of Netflix. However, details for the potential series have not yet been revealed.
Netflix sci-fi drama Travelers has been renewed for a third season starring Eric McCormack (Will & Grace).

Hot Topic: Marigo Kehoe leaves The Crown production company Left Bank!
Marigo Kehoe has left the drama firm, Left Bank, which produces Netflix’s hit drama, The Crown. Kehoe was the co-founder of the firm and left in the midst of them renewing their deal with Sony Pictures Television.
Guess Who: Jeremy Allen White and more join the cast of Amazon’s Homecoming, Ross Lynch to play Harvey Kinkle in Netflix’s reboot of Sabrina The Teenage Witch, and more!
Casting for season two of Netflix’s comedy, American Vandals has begun. Travis Tope (Independence Day: Resurgence) and Melvin Gregg (Freakish) have been cast in lead roles for the series which will focus on recent events in a high school through a documentary style investigation.
Amazon’s Homecoming continues to add to its already stellar cast with the recent addition of Shea Whigham (Boardwalk Empire) in a series regular role. In addition, Jeremy Allen White (Shameless), Hong Chau (Downsizing), and Sydney Poitier (Chicago P.D.) have been cast in recurring roles opposite Julia Roberts, Stephan James, and Bobby Cannavale.
Ross Lynch (Austin & Ally) is all set to star as the male lead in Netflix’s reboot of Sabrina The Teenage Witch as Sabrina’s boyfriend, Harvey Kinkle. Lynch will star opposite Mad Men’s Kiernan Shipka, who has been cast in the role of Sabrina. In addition, Tati Gabrielle (The 100) has been cast in the role of Prudence, who is a leader of a trio known as the Weird Sisters.
MGM’s Epix is set to air Deep State, an eight-episode espionage drama and has cast Game of Thrones’ Joe Dempsie and Mark Strong (Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy).

Coming Soon: Hulu gives straight-to-series order for Little Fires Everywhere starring Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington, Snapchat to release true crime original documentary, and more!
Yes, Snapchat makes original content too. The social media platform is releasing its first original crime documentary called True Crime. The documentaries will be a series of five-minute pieces that will explore different crimes including disappearances and murders. But that’s not all, folks! CBS Interactive in association with The Late Late With James Corden will be doing a six-episode series for Snapchat called James Corden’s Next James Corden. The first episode has been posted on Snapchat’s Discover page and subsequent episodes will be released every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 AM EST. The series will follow Corden running a reality competition show to find his successor for the Late Late Show.
Netflix is adapting the Italian animated franchise, Winx Club, as a live-action young adult series. The series will follow the story of the six fairies who turn into teenagers and learn to control their powers while attending a magic boarding school.
Hulu gives a straight-to-series eight-episode order for the adaption of Celeste Ng’s novel, Little Fires Everywhere. The series will star Scandal’s Kerry Washington alongside Reese Witherspoon who will both be executive producers for the series as well.
Netflix will be premiering an original documentary series called Bobby Kennedy for President on April 27th. The four-part series coincides with the 50th anniversary of Kennedy’s 83-day presidential run and will contain never-before-seen footage and new interviews with those closest to RFK.
