Rick Cosnett Lives on in ABC’s New Series
The Vampire Diaries and The Flash alum, Rick Cosnett, has landed a recurring role on ABC’s upcoming new thriller, Quantico. Variety reports Cosnett has been cast as an openly gay former defense lawyer, Elias Harper, on the new series, which is set to debut this fall.
Cosnett has been set in a recurring role, and will play Elias Harper, an openly gay former defense attorney who’s recruited into the FBI as an analyst, thanks to his brilliant mind, rhetoric and savvy character. Elias is described as incredibly funny with a soft and kind-hearted side, though he loves to be right.
“Quantico,” which bows on Sept. 27, centers on a diverse group of recruits as they arrive at the FBI Quantico Base for training, and though it seems impossible, one of them is suspected of masterminding the biggest attack on New York City since 9/11.
