First Look at Aziz Ansari as Dev in Master of None Coming to Netflix!
The hilarious comedian and Parks and Rec. alum Aziz Ansari, stars, writes and directs the new Netflix comedy series Master of None, which is loosely based on his own life experiences. In the series he plays the funny, ambitious, , yet indecisive Dev.
The show follows the personal and professional lives of Dev, a 30-year-old actor in New York who has trouble deciding what he wants to eat, much less the pathway for the rest of his life. Ambitious, funny, cinematic, and both sweeping in scope and intensely personal, Dev’s story takes him through subjects as diverse as the plight of the elderly, the immigrant experience, and how to find the most delicious pasta for dinner.
Ageism, sex, relationships, racism, tacos. These are just a few of the topics that Dev (Aziz Ansari) has on his mind, and come Friday, November 6th, you’ll be able to ponder with him, in all ten episodes of the Netflix original series Master of None.
The show was created by Aziz Ansari and Alan Yang who also serve as executive producers along with Michael Schur, Dave Becky, and David Miner.
