James D’Arcy Joins Marvel’s Agent Carter

An Unexpected Ally to Agent Carter

English actor, James D’Arcy has been cast in Marvel’s upcoming Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D. spin-off Agent Carter. Marvel revealed James has landed the role of Edwin Jarvis, the loyal butler to billionaire, Tony Stark. and inventor to the one and only Iron Man. In the upcoming ABC series, which follows Captain America’s girlfriend, Agent Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell), Edwin is an unexpected ally.

Most recently starring in the buddy comedy, Let’s Be Cops, as Mossi, James D’Arcy has also appeared as Thomas Schaeffer in the A&E crime drama, Those Who Kill, and movies, Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, Cloud Atlas, Exorcist: The Beginning and Hitchcock.
