The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge to raise awareness for the degenerative disease has quickly become an internet sensation taking social media and Hollywood by storm. The cast of The Vampire Diaries is no exception. So far TVD cast members to be challenged include; Nina Dobrev (Elena), Paul Wesley (Stefan) Kat Graham (Bonnie) and Steven McQueen (Jeremy). Nina, who was nominated by her stylist and friend Ilaria Urbinati, has been the first cast member to accept the challenge,.She takes on Ice Bucket Challenge on a yacht somewhere in the Mediterranean. Steven R. McQueen (Jeremy) also accepted the challenge. From the TVD set, he has a crew member douse him with a cooler of freezing water. Yes, ladies he did take the challenge shirtless, thank goodness!
In the next clip below, the beautiful Kat Graham (Bonnie) accepts the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. She too appears to be on the TVD set, but instead of having a crew member drench her, she allows her fiance’, Cottrell,do the honors.
