Emily Kinney is Headed Central City
The Walking Dead alum Emily Kinney has landed a role on the hit CW superhero drama, The Flash. According to Entertainment Weekly Kinney has been cast as Brie Larvan,/ The Blue Eyed Bandit. Typically a male character in DC Comics, The Flash is putting a twist on the role casting a female.
Kinney will portray Brie Larvan, known in the comics as Bertram Larvan, a.k.a. the Bug-Eyed Bandit, a foe of The Atom (Brandon Routh). The character, a narcissistic tech wizard wreaking havoc in Central City, will appear in the same episode that Arrow’s Ray Palmer and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) visit S.T.A.R. Labs to get help with Ray’s suit. Felicity recognizes Brie as her nemesis, and the two women engage in a hacker battle for The Flash’s life.
THE FLASH airs TUESDAYS at 8|7c on the CW
