Candice Accola Ties the Knot in the Big Easy
Last night, The Vampire Diaries star, Candice Accola (Caroline Forbes) married Grammy Award winner guitarist of The Fray, Joe King in New Orleans, LA (Oct. 17th) The adorable TVD actress was joined by friends, family and many of her fellow cast members, old and new alike. Many took to social media to share their excitement about being in New Orleans for the nuptials and celebration. Those joining the fun included Nina Dobrev (Elena), Kat Graham (Bonnie), Paul Wesley (Stefan), Michael Trevino (Tyler), Claire Holt (Rebekah), Phoebe Tonkin (Hayley) and Kayla Ewell (Vicki) as well as series co-creator and executive producer, Julie Plec. Ian Somerhalder (Damon) was unable to attended, but did express congratulations and well wishes to the couple sharing, “I am missing my home state of Louisiana and my city, the great city of New Orleans,” he added. “Sending you so much love from my shoot in ATL- i’m working hard & I wish I could be there physically, but we have the rest of our lives to celebrate. I love you guys! So. Much.” with a photo on Instagram.
