Joss Whedon (The Avengers) has decided to step down as the director of Warner Bros./DC Entertainment’s Batgirl. His main reason for leaving was due to not having a story to work with. It’s unclear where the project will be going next, or if development will even continue.
“Batgirl is such an exciting project, and Warners/DC such collaborative and supportive partners, that it took me months to realize I really didn’t have a story.”

Tala Ashe (Zari Tomaz) from The CW’s Legends of Tomorrow recently spoke to Den of Geek about her character, what it’s like to be new on a series full of pre-established characters, and more.
“It’s always weird, I think, to be the new kid. Especially if you’re sort of an especially awkward person like myself. Everyone was really nice. What I think is wonderful about Legends amongst other things, is that there’s no diva behavior on our set. Everyone’s really kind, and doing their own thing.”
‒ Tala Ashe (Zari)
She also talked about Keiynan Lonsdale’s (Wally West/Kid Flash) move to the show and how his addition has impacted the energy on set. DC’s Legends of Tomorrow’s third season continues on February 26th on The CW.

She’ll then crossover to Legends in episode 15, “Necromancing the Stone.” Along with the crew of the Waverider, Jesse will also be teaming up Wally and Jay Garrick (John Wesley Shipp), the Flash of Earth-3.
Jonah Hex (Johnathon Schaech) will also be returning to Legends of Tomorrow this season. While it’s unclear how and why the character will be returning, the cast of Legends was recently seen dressed in Wild West outfits.
