Before the meal sounds appetizing until you’re reminded that Hannibal is most likely the Chef.
Showrunner and executive producer Bryan Fueller announced, Hannibal season 3 is in production. The script of the first episode was revealed and entitled, “Antipasto.” Written by Bryan Fueller, Steven Lightfoot and directed by Vincenzo Natalie. The title reminds fans who’ve been waiting for more news on the NBC drama series the hazards that come with Hannibal and food. Learning the meaning behind Antipasto, we’re a bit worried already.
Antipasto (plural antipasti) means “before the meal” and is the traditional first course of a formal Italian meal. Traditional antipasto includes cured meats, olives, peperoncini, mushrooms, anchovies, artichoke hearts, various cheeses (such as provolone or mozzarella), pickled meats, and vegetables in oil or vinegar.]
