OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS:
THE DOCTORS DISAGREE ABOUT HOW TO TREAT ONE OF THEIR OWN – Dr. Rhodes (Colin Donnell) challenges Dr. Charles (Oliver Platt) and other hospital staff over the proper treatment for Robin (guest star Mekia Cox). Dr. Manning (Torrey DeVitto) seeks help from Det. Halstead (guest star Jesse Lee Soffer) when a sensitive case involving a young girl turns into a crime. Dr. Choi (Brian Tee) and April (Yaya DaCosta) work together on a conflicting case. Meanwhile, Goodwin (S.Epatha Merkerson) helps a friend in distress and, after eagerly awaiting, the doctors are surprised to learn who the new med resident is when match day finally arrives. Nick Gehlfuss, Marlyne Barrett and Rachel DiPillo star. Jeff Hephner, Patti Murin and Roland Buck III also guest star.
