The Vampire Diaries handsome Ian Somerhalder (Damon) appeared on Access Hollywood Live on Monday (Oct. 13) The sexy TVD star dished on Damon and Bonnie’s (Kat Graham) alternate universe and we see a little more footage of their trip to the grocery store, He chats about his fans and why he calls them family.
