Dr. Wells is on the naughty list because he’s up to no good. Admittedly, everything he does is clouded in secrecy so we’re not exactly sure what he’s doing. But after manipulating Betty Sans Souci into going after General Eiling and she ended up dead, that was the point of no return for us.

So long as my subordinates stay focused and on task, then everything runs smoothly. A machine will run at its optimum level when all the cogs are well-oiled and perform their respective parts.

Santa is a fictional character. If he were to truly visit each household within the span of one night, he would have to travel at 650 miles per second against enormous air resistance, the entire reindeer team would be vaporized almost instantly. As for Santa, he would be pinned to the back of his sleigh with such enormous force that well, let’s just say snacks would be the least of his concern. Are we quite finished? I have important research to conduct.
Naughty Meter: The shadiest of scientists is sitting at a level of ‘Quite Naughty,’ but we reckon he’ll be bumped up even higher on the Naughty scale just as soon as more of his evil plans are revealed.
