A Mikaelson Reunion at Love & Blood ItaCon 3D
The Originals handsome Daniel Gillies (Elijah) and beautiful Claire Holt (Rebekah) appeared at Love & Blood ItaCon 3D, an annual Vampire Diaries and The Originals fan convention in Rome, Italy. (June 19-21). Hosted by Fantasy Events the weekend includes Q & A panels, signed autographs and photos ops with cast members. Stars scheduled to appear included Ian Somerhalder, Paul Wesley, Daniel Gillies, Claire Holt Michael Trevino, Michael Malarkey, Rick Cosnett and Chase R. Coleman, The onscreen brother and sister had a duo panel on Sunday afternoon. Below are some quotes from their panel and some pretty amazing photos shared by fans.
- Daniel shares “Our new sister on the show is very sweet!”
- A fans asks Claire why we should watch her new show, Aquarius and Claire she says, “Why should you see Aquarius? Because I am in it.”
- Danie says, “(Daniel) Sharman is great, he’s beautiful!”
- Daniel Gillies jumps off the stage and decides to sit in the audience for a bit.
- Favorite show between the “siblings” is The Office (Brit version)
- Daniel confesses, “We miss Claire! This is the first time we’ve seen each other in a while. I love her!” Awe.
- Claire shares “All my brothers and sisters on the show are awesome but Daniel is my favorite.”
- When a fan asks Claire how she’s similar to Rebekah she says “I like handsome boys, like Rebekah!”
- She says “Daniel pulls pranks on other people, but he spares me.”
- Claire and Daniel play “I have or I have never”
- Daniel says “I don’t believe in ghosts, but in more than one occasion I have seen some,” and he jokes “the ghost of Ian is everywhere.” They’ve both have seen ghosts.
- Both have never been to a nude beach.
- Claire says “I have never asked for an autograph but I asked Ian Somerhalder for a photo.” And aniel shares “I have never asked for an autograph, I would be to nervous.”
- Claire reveals “I have never lied in a Q&A.”
- She teases that “We will see Rebekah in the new season but we don’t know in which body.”
- Claire says that Chris Wood is pretty handsome and Daniel Sharman is a close second.
- Daniel reveals Taylor Kinney is the most handsome guy who has been on both shows
- Claire shares that “if I had to play someone else on another show I would play Arya Stark from Game of Thrones.
