ABC released the official synopsis and promotional photos for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. 2×05 titled, “A Hen in the Wolf House,” written by Brent Fletcher and directed by Holly Dale. In this episode, Coulson (Clark Gregg) and his team battle the Hydra chief of security. The featured photo above, a promotional shot from the episode, shows Agent Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) and Kenneth (Adam Kulbersh). She is sitting in front of a microscope and they both have a shocked expression in response to whatever they’re both looking at.
