How great was this week’s episode of The Flash? A lot of good stuff went down and as we wait for a couple more days for the next episode, The CW has released photos for the third episode titled “Family of Rogues” - that’s right, it’s a Snart family reunion in Central City! This episode will introduce Michael Ironside as Lewis Snart, father of the roguish Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and Golden Glider (Peyton List) and with him being a Snart as well as what he is up to in these photos: he is 100% trouble.
This won’t be Ironside’s first time in the DC Universe as he played General Sam Lane on Smallville where, funny enough, List played his daughter Lucy Lane. Also, hardcore DC animated fans will remember Ironside as THE (that’s how good he is) voice of Darkseid, one of DC’s biggest villains. We may or may not be already geeking out about Ironside coming to The Flash. Even though I never thought of it, Ironside playing Miller’s dad, makes so much sense that I’m happy that it’s happening.
As you may have seen in this week’s episode of The Flash, we got briefly introduced to Mama Francine West (played by Candyman’s Vanessa Williams). Judging from Iris’s photo albums, we may get a trip down memory lane and see some flashbacks which will give us more information on Francine’s relationship with Joe and Iris. Also, I always welcome new and adorable photos of Barry and Iris together. Why is it not Tuesday already?
The Flash airs on Tuesday nights at 8/7c on The CW.

MICHAEL IRONSIDE GUEST STARS AS LEWIS SNART — When Barry (Grant Gustin) and the team find out Captain Cold (guest star Wentworth Miller) has been kidnapped, they form an uneasy alliance with his sister, Lisa (guest star Peyton List). However, Barry feels double-crossed when he finds out Snart is working with his father, Lewis Snart (guest star Michael Ironside) on a heist. Meanwhile, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) is faced with a difficult decision.
