If only mundanes could use runes…
One of the main reasons why we would like to be Shadowhunters is because we would love to have the ability to use runes. As we’ve seen on the show, runes are symbols that are burned into the Shadowhunters’ skin, which allows them to have supernatural abilities that are very useful on their fights against demons. There are many runes that Shadowhunters can use, some more essential than others, and some more cooler than others. Who wouldn’t love to have super strength? Or the ability to heal fast with just drawing a symbol on their skin?
