Michael Narducci The Originals EP: Dishes on Nina Dobrev as Tatia

Beautiful Tragedy! Michael Narducci on The Story Behind The Original Doppelganger Tatia.

The Originals, Executive Producer Michael Narducci, spilled in a recent interview about The Vampire Diaries crossover with Nina Dobrev as the original doppelganger, Tatia. Narducci explains that even though her story was first mentioned in The Vampire Diaries “Bringing Out The Dead,” her story was never developed. He also teases, that fans of The Originals will get to see Dobrev in scenes with both Mikaelson brothers Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan).

Narducci describes the relationship storyline between Tatia and the two brothers as “beautiful and also tragic.” – Another Vampire Diaries’ crossover mentioned was Michael Trevino who plays Tyler Lockwood and there are some unfinished business with him and Klaus. Narducci shares, “He had a lot of unfinished business with regard to the fact that Klaus killed his mother, and he knew what was going on with the baby and everything, and his coming and his interaction with the werewolves in the bayou… that really opened up a whole new side to our show, in terms of the bayou and the werewolves and Hayley’s baby’s blood making hybrids, and all of these different things.”
