Official Synopsis:

Hodiak (David Duchovny) begins an investigation of the murder of a Black Panther but he needs Bunchy Carter’s (Gaius Charles) full cooperation to solve the case. Shafe (Grey Damon) deals with pressure from Lieutenant Priore (Graham Beckel, “Halt and Catch Fire”) on the heroin case and internal strife within the heroin dealer Guapo’s (Lobo Sebastian, “Chop Shop,” “Sleep with Me”) close circle. Gethin Anthony, Emma Dumont and Claire Holt also star. Michaela McManus, Brían F. O’Byrne, Chance Kelly, Ambyr Childers and Beau Mirchoff guest star.
