Operation Smile 2015 has Celebs Skiing for a Good Cause

The Vampire Diaries handsome Michael Trevino (Tyler) and The Originals‘ beauty, Claire Holt attended the 4th Annual Operation Smile Celebrity Ski & Smile Challenge in Park City, Utah. (March 14). The event aims to raise awareness and money for the international children’s medical charity, which performs safe, effective cleft lip and cleft palate surgeries to children in low and middle income countries. This isn’t the first time Michael participated in the event and Claire and her boyfriend joined in on the fun this year. Other celebrities who participated included TVD alum, Taylor Kinney and finance’ Lady Gaga, Zachary Levi, Scot Wolf, David Charvet and Brooke Burke-Charvet, David Walton, Yvonne Strahovski and more.
