Michael Trucco is Abby’s Ex-Husband
Battlestar Galactica alum, Michael Trucco,has been cast on ABC’s addictive drama, Scandal. TV Line reports Michael will appear in a November episode as Abby’s (Darby Stanchfield) estranged husband, Charles Putney, The show has revealed over the series’ past seasons that he is the youngest son of former Virginia Governor, James Putney. Charles assaulted Abby in a drunken rage and consequently ended their four year marriage. Olivia (Kerry Washington) then took matters into her own hands and took a tire iron to his knees.

Best known for his role as Samuel Anders / Ensign Samuel Anders on Battlestar Galactica, Michael Trucco,is also known for his roles as Det. Tom Demming on Castle, Cooper Lee on One Tree Hill, Justin Patrick on Fairly Legal, Nick Petteruti / Crush on How I Met Your Mother, Nate Ryan on Revenge and Billy Parker on Killer Women.
SCANDAL airs THURSDAYS at 9/8c on ABC
