Blair Underwood Takes an Inspirational New Role
Agents of SHIELD and The Good Wife alum, Blair Underwood, has been cast as a season regular for the highly anticipated second season of the addictive drama, Quantico. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Underwood will portray a CIA officer, Owen Hall.
Underwood will take on the series regular role of Owen Hall. The character is described as having an instant presence — he’s charming, direct and comfortable. He is the intelligent and inspirational CIA officer every fledgling operative wishes he or she could learn from. But is he running them, or using them for something else?
“Blair Underwood is the kind of actor you dream of writing for. Be it romantic comedy, dark drama, or high-octane thriller — there is nothing he can’t do. We look forward to creating a role that will showcase his huge range and boundless charisma,” Quantico creator/executive producer Joshua Safran said.
Quantico Season 2 Premieres Sunday, Sept. 25 at 10 p.m. on ABC.
