McNamara is the second cast member participating in a series of “Shadowhunters” cast twitter chats taking place this summer. Upcoming chats include Alberto Rosende, Emeraude Toubia, Matthew Daddario, Isaiah Mustafa, and Harry Shum Jr.
Starting at 1:00pm PT/4:00pm ET, fans can tweet Katherine McNamara (@Kat_McNamara) using #AskKat in their message. Fans can also submit questions to the official “Shadowhunters” website, www.shadowhunterstv.com.
Based on the bestselling young adult fantasy book series The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare, “Shadowhunters” follows 18-year-old Clary Fray, who finds out on her birthday that she is not who she thinks she is but rather comes from a long line of Shadowhunters – human-angel hybrids who hunt down demons.
