In Gotham 1×03, Gordon Struggles to Keep the City Safe

FOX has released an official description for the third episode of Gotham 1×03 “The Balloonman,” written by Bruno Heller and directed by Dermott Downs. In the featured promotional photo from the episode, we see Detective Gordon (Ben McKenzie) talking to Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova) It appears they are in an alley and she seems to be sitting on the steps of a fire escape. Gordon does not appear to be too happy with her judging by his facial expression and posture. It almost looks as if he is warning her about something.
