Forever Fest with Paul and the “Amira and Sam” Cast
Each year in Austin, fans of girlie pop culture come together for a weekend, Forever Fest, and celebrate female-centric films, books and television. The Vampire Diaries handsome Paul Wesley (Stefan) was on hand for Saturday at the Alamo Drafthouse for the screening of “Amira and Sam” (Nov. 15). Paul plays the part of Charlie in the upcoming film about an army veteran, who tries to adjust to live in a country he barely recognizes while trying to win the heart of an Iraqi immigrant about to be deported. Paul and co-stars Dina Shihabi and Martin Starr along with the film’s writer and director, Sean Mullin appeared in a panel for fans and also took photos with fans and on the red carpet.
