Ian Serves as Co-Host for the Beyond Hunger Gala

Heifer International’s annual Beyond Hunger: A Place at the Table takes place during Emmy week each year. The event aims to raise awareness and gather resources for marginalized women and their families all over the world. The Vampire Diaries sexy Ian Somerhalder (Damon) was in attendance at this year’s event held at Montage Beverly Hills (Sept. 18). Ian and wife, Nikki Reed served as one of the evening’s co-host alongside celebrity chef,, Cat Cora, Kirsten and Jon Heder, Diane Lane, Holiday Reinhorn and Rainn Wilson, Susan Sarandon, Mary Steenburgen and Ted Danson. Ian looked dapper in black suit and white shirt and also was one of the night’s speakers. The Originals‘ beauty, Danielle Campbell (Davina) also attended the event as well as other celebrities such as Amy Smart.
