Nyssa al Ghul and Slade Wilson a.k.a Deathstroke are returning to Arrow season 5
Katrina Law is set to reprise her role as Nyssa al Ghul for multiple episodes that will build up to an epic fight between Nyssa and half-sister Talia al Ghul (Lexa Doig) in the upcoming season 5 finale of The CW series.
Law first appeared in season 2 when viewers found out that Sara (Caity Lotz) left Lian Yu and joined the League of Assassins, where she struck up a romance with Nyssa, Ra’s al Ghul’s (Matt Nable) youngest daughter.
Lexa Doig’s Talia didn’t arrive until mid way through season 5, when it was revealed that she helped train Oliver (Stephen Amell) in Russia. After finding out he killed her father she trained this season’s antagonist Prometheus (Josh Segarra). Talia left the League to create her own fighters after realizing her father would never allow her to be the Head of the Demon.
Since Doig’s casting as Talia, the possibility of a epic battle between sisters has been highly anticipated by fans everywhere.

Also set to return is Manu Bennett who will reprise his role as Slade Wilson, a.k.a Deathstroke in the season finale. Details of Bennett’s return are being kept underwraps, but last we saw Slade Wilson in season three, he was in an A.R.G.U.S. prison cell on Lian Yu. Amell himself broke the news yesterday via his personal twitter account.

Slade Wilson arrived halfway through season one as another castaway on Lian Yu, who was injected with Mirakuru in order to save his life. Slade returned to seek vengeance on Oliver in season two for choosing Sara (Caity Lotz) over Shado (Celina Jade) who was then killed by Ivo (Dylan Neal). Ultimately killing Oliver’s mother (Susanna Thompson) and wrecking havoc in the city before being sent to purgatory.
So the question we’re left wondering is, when Slade returns will it be as Oliver’s foe or a partner in bringing Prometheus (Josh Segarra) down once and for all?
